Buddies..........

Today my friend, Landon, came over to play with me. We took him and his mommy to the park where I had my birthday party. They have a petting zoo there. I liked having Landon sit by me in the car!

Here we are checking out the goats and the cows. We both decided that we would be nice boys for our mommies and wear our sun hats.

I love animals!

What a fun time at the park and the petting zoo! Time to head home for lunch and a nap!

Dylan's Birthday Party

Sunday morning, Dylan started getting into the Hawaiian mindset. His Mommy had planned him a birthday party with that theme.

Dylan's party started at 1 PM. He was very intrigued by the gravel at the picnic area.

Dylan got kisses from Mikey, who was also enjoying the party.

Dylan opened his birthday presents as his friends and family watched.

Dylan received lots of fun gifts.

Dylan got a cool new dumptruck chair and tried it out.

These new legos looked fun!

Mommy made Dylan a really cool cake. After everyone sang Dylan "Happy Birthday," he started playing with the cake.

Eventually, Dylan found out that it was better to eat it than to play with it.

Happy Birthday Little Buddy!

It was a year ago today that Dylan was born. Words cannot describe the joy and happiness he has brought our family. It is difficult to believe that a year has already gone by...What a year filled with so many great memories... Here is a glimpse of his first twelve months...

Dylan Stands Up By Himself!

During the past couple days, Dylan has learned how to stand up by himself, without using anything to pull himself up! This first video shows him demonstrating his new skill.



Dylan's walking ability has improved greatly over the past few weeks. In this second video, Dylan walks around the living room and the kitchen.



In this last video, Dylan makes a lap through the kitchen.

Dylan's Playdate With Ava....

Last Thursday we got to have a playdate with Ava. Ava turned 1 April 18th so her and Dylan are pretty close in age. They were so cute playing together. Little do they know that we have already arranged for them to get married.... Hopefully they are ok with our decision :)

She even had a horse to ride on! Looks like he hated it.

Here we caught them trying to have some alone time. We told them that they weren't old enough and had to still have parent supervision.....Stinkers.

I'm Not Scared Of The Grass Anymore....

These pictures are from a couple weeks ago. We were at Grandma Helen and Papa Rob's house playing in the grass. The first time he was ever on the grass was pretty traumatic. This time he seemed ok with it. You never know what their little minds are thinking.....

Dylan Gets to Go to His first Mariners Game...

Saturday night we headed to the Mariners game at Safeco Field. It took us over an hour to get to the exit and after we took the exit, this is what we saw... It took us even longer to actually get to the game. We made it by the 5th inning. It was worth the trip though...Dylan loved the action and all the music!

Dylan got to have his own seat for a few minutes, but mommy had to hold it down so it wouldn't fold up on him....Guess he isn't that big.
