September 30th

On Tuesday morning, Dylan got dressed and posed for the camera.

Mommy held him so he could stand for the camera, and that was even more fun.

Tuesday afternoon, the entire family went to the dog park in Edmonds. Harley looks on in the background, but Grace was off stealing the other dogs' toys.

Wednesday, Mommy and Daddy didn't have a babysitter, so Daddy took the day off work. Dylan played with a teddy bear that Daddy won in a reading contest in elementary school.

Dylan did some swinging in his swing and played with his duck.

On Saturday morning, Mommy dressed Dylan in some warm clothes. The weather was starting to cool down, and the family was headed to the park.

After eating breakfast in Arlington, the entire family went to the Stillaguamish River so the dogs could do some swimming.

Dylan watched Grace and Harley and was pretty interested in what they were doing.

Dylan wore his hat backward just like his Daddy does.

September 25th

On Thursday, Dylan tries his Johnny Jump Up again. He thought it was pretty cool, as long as his arms were inside it.

On Friday, Dylan got to hang out with his Grandpa Dan. He came up from Portland Thursday night and left on Saturday morning.

Grandma Helen came up to watch Dylan on Sunday. Dylan turned 4-months old that day! He is growing up so quickly!

Dylan was a very good boy for Daddy on Monday. He took a nap in the morning, and then he rode down to Bellevue with Daddy. After picking up the license plates for the car, Dylan and Daddy went to visit Mommy at her work.

Dylan enjoyed riding around in his stroller at the mall. He was very happy, and was showing off for Mommy's co-workers.

Dylan and Daddy went home, and had Monday Night Football on again. Mommy made it home before half-time, and watched the game with her boys.

I added a new link on the side bar for "Cop Tops." It is a t-shirt company for law enforcement officers that was created by several officers in my department. If you're viewing this blog and are in law enforcement, or are some way connected to it, check the site out and tell your co-workers about it if you like it.

Dylan and Daddy hung out while Mommy was at work. We went to Fred Meyer's to get some grocery shopping done, and had some steaks marinating for dinner.

Chris Trefry came over in the evening, and Daddy grilled the steaks after Mommy came home. Dylan liked all the funny faces that Chris made.

Dylan's Busy Weekend

Saturday night, Dylan has fun in his exersaucer and smiles for the camera.

Dylan gets in his "jams," and is ready for bed. He had a busy day celebrating his second cousin's graduation the previous day (Friday) and hanging out with both sets of grandparents that day (Saturday).
Sunday, Dylan went to church for the first time! He went to Christ The King in Bellingham with his Daddy, Mommy, Grandma Helen, Papa Rob, and Uncle Timber. He was a very good boy in the nursery, and Daddy and Mommy did not have to be paged out of the service.

Dylan watched the Seahawks game at Aunt Feeb's and Uncle Kyle's. Dylan got to see his one aunt and three uncles over the weekend.

Dylan spent the day with his Grandma Helen on Monday while Mommy and Daddy were both at work.

Dylan watched the Steelers lose on Monday Night Football. Dylan and Daddy didn't really care that the Jaguars won as much as they were glad that the Steelers lost. Even though Dylan wasn't born yet when the Steelers beat the Seahawks in Superbowl XL, he was upset enough that Mommy had to go to the Emergency Room that night.

Dylan plays on his aquarium matt. He makes a 180-degree turn on his back while doing so.

Mommy and Dylan at the park.

This picture and the last were both sent via Daddy's camera phone. Daddy just figured out how to post that way, too. He will continue to post the normal way, with better picture quality, but figured that this would be a good way to supplement the blog more often.

Dylan hangs out at the park with Mommy, Daddy, and the dogs.

Dylan poses for Daddy's camera phone.

September 11th

This morning, Dylan played with his barnyard toy for the first time. He liked it a lot!

Dylan was very interested in Daddy's phone when it lit up. He decided he would get a closer look.

Daddy and Dylan went on a walk on the Centennial Trail. There was a little park on Lake Cassidy that Dylan and Daddy checked out.

After taking a bath, Dylan was ready for the day. He went over to Rory Bolter's house and watched Monday Night Football with Daddy, Rory, and Mike McQuoid. Mommy came over after work and Daddy barbequed a couple steaks there. Dylan was a very good boy for Daddy all day long!

September 2nd

On Tuesday, Grandma Johnson came up to spend time with us. She watched Dylan on Wednesday while Mommy and Daddy were at work. We had lots of fun together!

Wednesday evening, Dylan played in his exersaucer. He is getting very good at moving around in it and checking out all of the toys that are attached to it.

Friday morning, Dylan went on a walk with Daddy. He took a couple of toys with him in the stroller.

Dylan took a break and layed down on his aquarium matt.

Dylan went to the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe on Friday evening. He was very interested in all the lights near the game area.

Dylan posed for the camera Friday night, in his "jams," before going to bed.
